Abs, Cardio, & Mobility Workouts For Active Rest/Off Days To ACCELERATE Your Results Even Faster!
"Off Day", "Active Rest", or "Recovery Day"
If you've completed any of our Live Lean workout programs, you've seen one of these terms listed on your workout training schedule.
Although these "off days" from lifting are important for recovery and growth, it doesn't mean you need to sit on the couch watching TV all day.
If you really want to ACCELERATE your results for:
- faster fat loss and conditioning
- tighter and toned abs
- an injury-proof body
This is the perfect time to incorporate strategic and effective workouts that won't screw up your recovery.

The Accelerator Plan is comprised of strategic active recovery day workouts including:
This program is designed to fit synergistically with all of our Live Lean training programs and can be completed in 45-50 minutes.
So if you're looking to ignite your results, without ruining your recovery time, this Accelerator Plan is for you.
How do you implement the Accelerator Plan with your current Live Lean program?
Depending on your goals and fitness level, we often schedule 3-5 workouts per week in our Live Lean training programs.
Whenever you see "OFF", "ACTIVE REST", or "RECOVERY", scheduled on your Live Lean workout schedule, feel free to complete one of The Accelerator Plan workouts.
For example, if your workouts are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, this leaves Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday as active rest, off, or recovery days.
Choose 1-2 of those 3 days to complete a workout from The Accelerator Plan.
Note: we typically recommend 1 off day from the gym per week. However, feel free to complete one of the mobility and/or abs workouts if you feel up for it.
